From the Manufacturer BAHCO right handed large ergo handsaw system has an asymmetrical handle design that eliminates pressure points and stops the hand from sliding. The thermoplastic elastomeric is used for optimum friction and warm feel. The angle and position of the handle in relation to the blade teeth reduces sawing forces and increases efficiency. There is easy access to lever through the opening in the handle end. The long lever is for easy locking and release of the saw blade and the security spring locks the lever.
